Manage Add-ons
- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the Internet Explorer window, click the Tools pull down menu in the upper right, select Manage Add-ons, and then click Enable or Disable Add-ons.
- In the Manage Add-ons window, highlight the individual add-ins currently loaded in Internet Explorer and then click Disable. You can test with the add-ins disabled and enable them one at a time to see which one(s) could be causing the problem.
