How do I access Event Viewer?

1. From the Windows Vista default Start menu, click Control Panel.

2. In Control Panel, click System and Maintenance.

3. In the System and Maintenance window, under Administrative Tools, click View event logs.

4. In the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.

5. The Event Viewer opens.

6. After viewing the Event Viewer, from the File menu, click Exit.

7. In the Administrative Tools dialog box, click the X on the top right corner to close the window.
