Every new eMachines Desktop is protected by a standard One-Year Limited Warranty from date of purchase. The standard one-year limited warranty offers:

  1. One-year guarantee on parts and labor.
  2. One-year technical support via telephone.

Live Chat features a suite of tools that allows our support agents to assist you efficiently. With your permission, our representatives can view and take control of your computer, check your system parameters and provide you with Web pages to resolve your technical issues.

Extended Service Plan (ESP)

Extended limited warranties are available for purchase online. (Depending on the product, certain restrictions will apply.)

Customers may visit the websites of our select retailers, listed on our Where to Buy page, for information on any extended limited warranties or product replacement plans offered by those retailers.
